New online action page, petition to the Army Corps

The statewide group Environmental Advocates of NY has posted an online Action Page, which allows you to send a letter via fax to the U.S. Army Corps, Governor Pataki, and other officials directly from their site. Click HERE to go to the EA page, which includes a suggested letter that you can either use, or edit -- or craft a message of your own.

Friends of Hudson has posted a new petition, specifically directed at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, which holds public hearings on the St. Lawrence Cement plant on Tuesday, March 18th.
